I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all HR. I’m empathetic, energetic and hands-on, working right alongside leaders and teams to design people journeys that genuinely feel good to be part of. I bring structure without stiffness, clarity without coldness, and energy without ego. For me, HR is about showing up with care, consistency and integrity. Its important to me to treat people how I would expect to be treated myself. Supportive, human and empowering isn’t just how HR should feel; it’s how I work every single day.
With over 25 years’ experience as a senior, generalist HR professional, I’ve played a key role in shaping and delivering people strategies that truly support business goals. These have been from growth and transformation to stability and cultural change.
I’ve worked in complex, high-pressure environments, leading on industrial relations, organisational change and employee relations with a calm, confident and people-first approach. My strength lies in balancing commercial realities with genuine care for the individuals at the heart of the organisation.
